Hotel Eliseo, Lourdes

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of everything, very close to the Sanctuary. While the room was small and challenging for wheelchair accessibility, the top floor offered a quiet retreat. The service was a mixed bag with some helpful and pleasant staff members but lacking in friendliness and accommodation for disabled guests. The location, being close to the Sanctuary and nearby restaurants, was a definite highlight. The dining options were standard with a good mix of food, but nothing exceptional stood out. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and quiet stay with some room for improvement in service and accessibility.

The hotel offers rooms exactly as you would expect from a 4-star hotel, could have had more tea with milk but is located in the heart of everything, very close to the Sanctuary. The rooms are supposed to be soundproofed.

The hotel room was very comfortable, but we faced issues with the air-conditioning that wasn't working properly and the electricity constantly switching off after 2 minutes. The view from our bedroom was lovely, though we found an ashtray left by previous guests, which was a downside.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, located conveniently near the Sanctuary and surrounded by stores and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, with a bedroom and sitting room, and a little balcony, although an ashtray left by previous guests was a minor inconvenience. The service was excellent, especially the assistance in booking a taxi for our early morning departure. The dining options were satisfactory, and the location served as a perfect base for my pilgrimage. However, being in the midst of noisy coach parties at times was a drawback.

My stay at this hotel was delightful, with spacious rooms close to the elevators. The service was fantastic and very attentive. The location was superb for visiting all the religious sites in the area. However, the dining experience, though simple, lacked variety. Overall, a great place to stay.
